I’ve been playing solo on the advanced levels and the way the pieces light up as you complete each shape is oddly satisfying. It’s a solid brain workout that doesn’t feel like a chore.
My daughter and I race each other to finish the same shape, and the little glow when a piece lands right never gets old. The advanced levels actually make you think, but the easy ones are perfect for my six-year-old. We've played it every night this week.
The pieces click into their slots with a satisfying little snap, and when the shape lights up on screen it's weirdly addictive. I started on the easier tangrams thinking it'd be a quick warm-up, then lost an hour on the harder levels. Playing solo is genuinely challenging, no kids required.
